#### **1. Shipping Charges**
* **Free Shipping:** We proudly offer completely Free Standard Shipping across Pakistan on all orders over **Rs. 3,000**.
* **Flat Rate Shipping:** For orders under Rs. 3,000, a flat shipping fee of **Rs. 250** applies regardless of your city or region.

#### **2. Delivery Timelines**
We process and dispatch all orders from our fulfillment center within 24 hours. 
* **Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad/Rawalpindi):** Expect your package within **2 to 3 working days**.
* **Other Cities & Regions Across Pakistan:** Expect your package within **3 to 5 working days**.

*Please note: Delivery timelines may experience slight delays during national public holidays, severe weather conditions, or high-volume festive sales events.*

#### **3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules**
We offer trusted Cash on Delivery (COD) services across Pakistan. As per standard courier operational policies in Pakistan, delivery riders are strictly prohibited from allowing customers to open packages before handing over the full cash payment. If you receive a damaged product, please refer directly to our Refund & Return Policy below.

#### **4. Order Verification**
To protect our system from fake orders, our customer support team may reach out to you via a quick phone call or WhatsApp message to verify your delivery address before dispatching your package. Unverified orders may be held or cancelled after 48 hours of no response.
