#### **1. 7-Day Free Replacement Guarantee**
If your order arrives damaged during transit, leaked, defective, or incorrect, we will issue a **100% free replacement** immediately. 
* **Timeline:** You must notify our team within **7 days** of receiving your parcel.
* **Proof Required:** Please share a clear picture or a quick smartphone video of the defective or incorrect item with our support team on WhatsApp at `+92 300 2338667` along with your Order Number.

#### **2. Hygiene and Change of Mind Returns**
Due to the medical and personal hygiene nature of skincare and hair products, we strictly **cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been unsealed, opened, sampled, or used.** We do not offer refunds or exchanges for a simple "change of mind" once a product box has been unsealed.

#### **3. Refund Processing**
In specific cases where a replacement is unavailable and a financial refund is approved by our management team:
* Approved refunds will be processed directly into your provided Pakistani Bank Account or EasyPaisa/JazzCash digital wallet.
* Financial processing takes **3 to 5 working days** to clear once approved.
